A planning condition lands on your desk. A Section 106 obligation, a grant requirement, a board asking for an update on your corporate social responsibility commitments. However it arrives, you are now responsible for delivering a real improvement in nature, and it is not your world.
We get the land right for nature first. That is our starting point with every landowner, farmer, developer and council we work with, and it is what turns an obligation into something you are genuinely proud of: a thriving habitat, a compliance box properly ticked, and proof it is working.
Once we’ve walked the land together, we’ll put a plan together covering exactly what your site needs. That might mean meadow creation, restoration and management, woodland creation, restoration and management, ecologically sensitive grounds management on sites where protected species are present, riparian enhancement to strengthen and stabilise river banks, or invasive species control. Where the work is tied to a Section 106 obligation or a corporate commitment, we manage the land specifically to meet it, and we can show you the evidence when someone asks for it.
Since 2023, our habitat management team has managed grassland at Enfinium’s Parc Adfer site in Deeside as part of their corporate social responsibility commitment. Total biodiversity units on site have increased by 25.79 percent since 2022, independently monitored and reported by SLR Consulting. Bee orchids have appeared in the site’s species rich grassland, and the project won the 2024/25 Bionet Business Award for Contribution to Biodiversity.

Pick a time to speak with a land and habitat expert. We’ll start with a conversation, then arrange for one of our experienced habitat specialists to walk the land with you, so we understand exactly what it needs before we put a plan together.
