Meet the team

Our dedicated team is made up of eight permanent ecologists, as well as seasonal ecologists during the summer months; most staff are members of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM) or working towards this.

Our habitat management team employs two land management specialists with a vast array of experience.

Both teams are supported by a committed team of sub-contractors which have grown with us over the years. Staff members hold Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards where appropriate.

Work with us

We’re always looking for opportunities to expand our staff and sub-contractor team.  This winter (2025), we're particularly looking for people interested in supporting our habitat management work - especially if you already have brushcutter and/or certificates.  You'll need to be happy to work outside in varying weather conditions and able to leave for work from our offices at Aberduna Nature Reserve, Maeshafn.

If you’re interested in working for us in any capacity, please send your CV and a covering email to jobs@enfysecology.co.uk - we'll be in touch with you as soon as possible.
