Joe Franklin: Ecologist

Joe has worked with Enfys since 2022 and is an experienced ecologist. 

Joe has specialised in bat work and leads on a variety of surveys for the species. He is licensed to survey bats in Wales, produces mitigation, compensation and enhancement plans for bats, along with producing developmental licence applications. 

He acts as Ecological Clerk of Works for a variety of species and projects requiring experienced or licensed ecological supervision. Alongside the bat work, Joe is licensed to survey Great Crested Newt in Wales. He is also competent in reptile surveying, and assists with other ecological surveys.
