Jonathan Kinsey: Managing Director
Appointed Managing Director in 2026, Jonathan works closely with Enfys staff and board members, and the North Wales Wildlife Trust team, to provide strategic leadership and commercial direction.
He is responsible for shaping Enfys business strategy and delivering sustainable, responsible growth, ensuring strong commercial foundations that enable us to generate lasting benefits for nature, the economy, and communities.
Jonathan began his career in Land Management, developing a foundation in the stewardship of land and the natural environment. He has since led consultancy and service-based businesses across diverse sectors and geographies, bringing extensive strategic, commercial, and organisational leadership experience.
