A Preliminary Ecological Assessment may identify the presence of a species that is of conservation concern, or if a specific survey is required as part of the development process our ecologists can complete any survey highlighted below ensuring legislation is adhered to and the correct methodology is used:

• Red squirrel

• Pine marten

• Polecat

• Natterjack toad

• Common toad

• Invertebrates including stag beetles, butterflies, dragonflies

With these species related surveys, when required, we can also help in organising a mitigation strategy and licence applications.
